WORKSHOP. Trei articole au fost publicate in aceasta editie: "Dignité humaine et identité européenne" de Ilié Antonio Pele și Rafael de Asís Roig, "Le modèle standard de méthodologie interprétative allemande: son évolution et sa signification actuelle" de Remus Țițiriga, și "La juridiction constitutionnelle, gardienne des droits dans la transition démocratique" de Elena Simina Tănăsescu. De asemenea, a fost publicat si review-ul a trei carti: "The Worlds of European Constitutionalism" de Gráinne de Búrca și J.H.H. Weiler (eds.), "Spatiality, Sovereignty and Carl Schmitt: Geographies of the Nomas" editat de Stephen Legg și "Pierre Legrand, (2012). Foreign Law: Understanding Understanding" din Journal of Comparative Law. In plus, a fost prezentat un eveniment: "The Current Move Towards Comparative Legal History" și un workshop cu Aniceto Masferrer. Aceasta editie ofera o privire de ansamblu asupra aspectelor legale comparative din Europa.
