Business Ethics and Corporate Social Responsibility - Laura Potincu

This monograph examines the corporate social responsibility (CSR) and business ethics from an interdisciplinary perspective, combining legal and economic analysis tools. The primary focus is to explore how the behaviour of business operators impacts the implementation of CSR and business ethics. We aim to demonstrate how the integration of ethical elements into the operations of business operators can lead to the promotion of social responsibility and improved outcomes for the community at large. Laura Potincu, the author of this monograph, holds a PhD in Law and Marketing and is a lecturer at the Faculty of Economic Sciences and Business Administration, Transilvania University of Brasov. Through the evaluation tests conducted in this paper, we endeavour to provide insights which can be applied in the real world.
